Who I am
I'm a registered nutritionist and board-certified health coach who specializes in one thing: making nutrition and health simple for people who don't have time for complicated.
You don't need another diet. You need clarity, structure, and a plan that actually fits your life. That's where I come in. I filter out the noise, translate the science, and give you exactly what you need to eat well without overthinking it. I combine my coaching skills, to help you find your ‘why’ and blend it together with nutrition guidance.
My approach? Science meets practicality. Your results? More energy, less stress, and the confidence to nourish yourself without it feeling like work.
Because when eating well becomes effortless, everything else gets easier..
My background:
Health and wellness hasn’t just been an interest of mine — it’s been shaped by lived experience.
For many years I considered myself healthy and active. Even after two life-threatening childbirths, I didn’t fully appreciate just how valuable good health truly is. That changed dramatically in 2019.
During a routine fitness session, I pushed my body too hard and suffered a catastrophic back injury. A disc ruptured into the spinal canal that houses the nerves to the legs, and I lost the use of my left leg. The pain was unbearable. While waiting for emergency surgery, I was completely bedbound, heavily medicated and lost over five kilograms in just three weeks.
The surgery was successful — and I will always be deeply grateful to the surgeons and medical team — but what stood out most was how much my baseline health mattered. I had no chronic conditions, no long-term medications, no diabetes, no high blood pressure, no lung issues, and I wasn’t overweight. That foundation of health supported both the surgery and the long, demanding rehabilitation that followed. It took nine months to walk properly again.
That experience permanently shifted my perspective. Health is not something to take for granted. You never know when your body will be tested.
During my recovery, while working full-time, I began studying functional medicine health coaching, and evidence-based nutrition — initially for my own healing and long-term resilience. What started as personal necessity became a passion and, ultimately, a career.
Today, my focus is helping others cut through the noise of health advice and focus on what truly matters. I help clients identify the highest-impact “levers” for their health — the areas that give the biggest return for the effort — and build sustainable habits that support them for life.
I don’t approach health from theory alone. I understand the stakes, because I’ve lived them. Ongoing commitment to health is one of the most powerful investments you can make — often in ways you only realise when it really counts.
